HOW LONG DO SHIPMENTS USUALLY TAKE?

Shipments in the United States take around 10 days on average, and shipments outside the US take around 11 - 20!

HOW DOES THE KEYCHAIN GET PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?

All the keychains are manually packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, with protective bubble wrap on either side of the keychain. Each box is also hand-signed and comes with a hand-written note from me :)

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

Once you've placed your order, you will get an order confirmation email! Most of the time, the order confirmation email can wind up in your junk mail folder, so take a peek there to see and if it isn't then feel free to reach out to info@shrimpy.store :)

This can be frustrating, but it can happen on rare instances. This time frame can mean the package is delayed for some reason.
